Gene Savransky, MD, is a critical care/pulmonary physician specializing in dialysis access management. He provides critical maintenance and management of vascular accesses for dialysis patients. Dr. Savransky is the medical director of Renal Focus ASC in Plainview, New York.
Dr. Savransky is a graduate of the Kharkiv State Medical Academy in Ukraine. After immigrating to the United States, he completed his residency and fellowship training in internal medicine, pulmonary diseases and critical care.
He previously served as the medical director of the Cardiac Surgery Intensive Care Unit at Montefiore Medical Center. He was also trained in vascular procedures by published experts and has co-authored numerous articles on vascular repair techniques. Dr. Savransky currently holds an academic appointment as Assistant Professor of Medicine at Albert Einstein College of Medicine.
Dr. Savransky is board certified in internal medicine, pulmonary disease and critical care by the American Board of Internal Medicine.

Dr. Safa is a vascular surgeon providing care to patients at Renal Focus ASC in Plainview, NY.
Dr. Safa graduated from the American University of Beirut, Lebanon. He completed his internship in vascular surgery at George Washington University Medical Center and his residency at State University of New York, Stony Brook, NY. He completed his fellowship at North Shore University Hospital.
Dr. Safa has a fellowship in American College of Surgery, is a member of the New York Cardiovascular Society, American Society of Vascular Surgeons and Medical Society of the State of New York.
Dr. Safa is a board certified vascular surgeon and has co-authored and published multiple studies and articles.

Biren Singh Walia, MD is an interventional nephrologist specializing in the critical maintenance and management of vascular accesses for dialysis patients. He performs minimally invasive procedures such as angioplasty, stent placement, thrombectomy and thrombolysis to preserve and/or restore the functionality of a patient’s access.
